　　　顺德被誉为鱼米之乡，个体渔业是顺德产业的重要组成部分，对顺德经济起着举足轻重的影响，个体渔业和其他企业同样面对着融资的难题，而个体渔业和其他企业不同的融资的方式和风险给个体渔业带来不一样的困境。本文将从个体渔业的融资结构分析融资难题，并结合顺德个体渔业的实际情况提出解决融资困境的对策。

个体渔业的发展已经有一段很长的历史，特别是人们以养鱼为生的顺德，在顺德经济中的地位越来越重，但个体渔业却一直不能成为顺德大多数农民的致富之路，个体渔业的发展和发展中遇到的问题未能引起国家和社会的重视和关注，当中融资的困难是个体渔业发展难的最重大问题。所谓融资，指的是一个企业的资金筹集的行为与过程。也就是公司根据自身的生产经营状况、资金拥有的状况，以及公司未来经营发展的需要，通过科学的预测和决策，采用一定的方式，从一定的渠道向公司的投资者和债权人去筹集资金，组织资金的供应，以保证公司正常生产需要，经营管理活动需要的理财行为。
