国际资本流动对我国经济增长的影响分析.rar

摘要:20世纪90年代以来，国际金融市场动荡不安，金融危机频频发生，虽然危机爆发的深层次原因，各国经济学家解释不一，但有一点已形成共识，即国际资本流动起着重要作用，可以说，国际资本流动是金融危机爆发的直接原因。近些年，各国资本管制的进一步放开，金融衍生产品的日渐丰富，国际资本的流动性进一步上升。波动性也进一步加大。而且，国际资本的来源由官方资本越来越多地转为民间资本。这无疑使国际资本对金融体系稳定性的影响程度进一步增加。根据国际金融有关理论和其他理论，本文首先采用规范分析方法，通过国际资本对我国的流入流出的分析的分析，详细论述了国际资本流动对我国经济增长的积极影响及不良影响，提出降低国际资本流动对我国经济增长不良影响的对策建议。

国际资本流动是当今国际经济生活的重要内容。在经济全球化的时代，国际资本流动对世界各国经济发挥着不容忽视的巨大影响，它有如一把双刃剑，可以为一国的经济发展提供机会，也可能带来巨大的经济与政治风险。我们既不能否认国际资本流动的积极作用，也不能对国际资本流动的消极影响视而不见，应当全面地、客观地认识国际资本流动，在实践中逐步把握它的规律，扬长避短，使之有利于我国社会主义现代化建设，有利于我国国民经济的持续稳定发展。这是我们研究国际资本流动的意义所在。
