摘要:现代旅游业自1940年代以来有着突飞猛进的发展,成为当今世界最为活跃的社会文化和经济活动。然而,旅游业总体繁荣的背后却掩盖着深层次的危机。文章在探讨危机与危机管理的基本概念的基础上,从危机基本特性的角度诠释了旅游业危机管理的内涵。指出旅游业危机管理是为了避免和减轻危机事件给旅游业所带来的严重威胁,通过研究危机、危机预警和危机应对达到恢复旅游经营环境和旅游消费信心的目的,而进行的应对对策。

Abstract:The tourism industry has developed rapidly since 1940s as one of the most influential social and economic activities.However,the deep crisis has been concealed in the prosperity of tourism industry. Based on me basic features of crisis and conceptions of crisis and crisis management,this paper expounds the connotation of Tourism Crisis Management.It points out Tourism Crisis Management is a non-procedural process aiming to avoid or alleviate the severe threats brought about to tourism by the critical accidents.It is a way to restore the environments for tourism business and tourists’consumption confidence by researches of crisis,crisis warning anti-crisis measures.

学习和研究旅游危机对旅游行业影响的管理,有助于我们认识危机发生发展的一般规律和旅游危机管理的方法,从而预防危机的发生,在危机发生时能够正确面对危机和处理危机,使旅游行业能够顺利度过危机,健康发展。因此,探讨旅游业中的危机管理及建立有效的危机管理机制是十分紧迫和必要的。从理论与实践相结合的高度,积极探索危机管理在旅游业应用的思路和方法,不仅是旅游企业和政府部门面临的重大问题,也是学术界应关注的课题。
