摘要:本创业设计方案主题是计划在韶关开一家小猪班纳的儿童服装店。
设计通过研究各童装加盟店的特色,对小猪班纳品牌的调查、评价和认可,以及整体店铺的装修、服装设计及品牌效应,过程中了解到该品牌深受广东消费者的喜爱。
项目设计首先对韶关当地各个区域的儿童做了一份调查,并分析当地对童装品牌的需求。随着韶关的经济发展,当下儿童的父母也是70年代末到80年代的人,他们从小生活在物质不怎么缺乏的年代,对购物有自己一定的品味,所以对选购自己孩童的服装也有很高要求。此意义在于研究当下童装市场份额,和调查目前消费者的消费习惯。
本设计选定小猪班纳这个全国十大品牌之一的服装店作为加盟店,在落铺选址上根据实地考查作出决定,并对前期预算与年利润(根据其他店铺的参考与商场目标客户人流比例)提出了有效数据。在营销策略做了详细规划,并加入了利用互联网资源加大店铺营销推广的措施。
