摘要:云南中小企业是云南经济增长的重要推力,是繁荣市场、吸纳就业的主要渠道,是出口创汇的主力军。云南省自身就有丰富的资源优势和区位优势,又适逢西部大开发战略和中国-东盟自由贸易区这样的机遇,势必为云南中小企业走向国际市场提供了有利的条件。由于云南中小企业内部存在诸如企业缺乏创新能力、融资困难等问题,将会阻碍着企业走向国际市场。本文利用SWOT分析法,对云南中小企业走向国际市场中存在的优势、劣势、机会和威胁因素做出分析,提出对策建议。

ABSTRACT:Small and medium enterprises in Yunnan province is the important thrust of Yunnan's economic growth, and the main channels of booming market and absorbing employees, and also is the main force of export. Yunnan Province itself has rich in natural resources and the privilege of geographical location and also meets with the opportunity of the Strategy for the Western China Great Development Strategy and of gradual establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade Zone, which provide favorable conditions that make the small and medium enterprises easy to international markets. Due to their internal problems, such as less innovation and the financing issue, they are facing the difficulties going to the international market. This article, using the SWOT method, gives an analysis on these small and medium enterprises' access o international markets and proposes suggestions.

本文通过SWOT分析法较系统地将云南省中小企业走向国际市场中的优势、劣势、机会和威胁四个方面进行分析,为云南省中小企业走向国际市场提出相应对策、建议。选用SWOT分析法帮助此文即使没有精确的数据支持和更专业化的分析工具也可以用系统的思想将有关云南中小企业的似乎独立的因素相互匹配起来进行综合分析,使得得出的结论更有说服力,更加科学全面。由于云南省的中小企业走向国际市场、参与国际分工是一项庞大的系统工程,是一项长期而艰巨的任务,要真正实现走向国际市场的战略目标,其困难和制约因素远不止上述提到的几个方面,这里不再一一分析。
