摘要:2011年对于中国中小企业来说，无疑是“多事之秋”，用工荒、融资难、资金链吃紧、出口市场萎缩等，中小企业经营不堪重负，如何释放活力、打破困局，迫切需要各界解题。

　　　在世界稳定持续发展的这一个浪潮当中，风浪虽大，也埋汰了一大批的企业，但经过大浪淘沙的过程之后，剩余的企业一定能够乘风破浪，驶向更远的彼岸。中小企业在这场的无硝烟的战场中，它的路在何方？

　　　中小企业是国民之本，只有中小企业发展起来，国家才能够繁荣发达。本文综述了我国压铸机行业的地位与变化的概况，以佛山市力瑞机械厂为例子，就两会的内容探讨中、小企业的出路。

　　　20世纪90年代，我国的压铸机发展更为迅速，压铸机的设计水平、技术参数、性能指标、机械结构、制造质量等都有不同程度的提高，有的已经达到或接近国外水平，正在向大型化、自动化和单元化进军。在此期间，国内新的压铸机企业陆续崭露头角，其中，力瑞机械设备有限公司则为广东的典型代表，该公司开发了压铸速度奇快，低马力却高压力的新一代压铸机堪称之最。

　　　然而随着我国国民经济持续增长的情形下，众多压铸机企业的出现，使得该行业的发展抓襟见肘，市场的份额大大的缩水，兼并着物价高涨，人民币升值等社会因素，行业的前景并不如以往所期望一样会出现更加辉煌的景象。力瑞机械设备有限公司在这一浪潮中面临着最大的瓶颈。需要如何面对困境，如何做到可持续发展，如何在重重障碍中再度突破，另寻出路，下文将为此而作出具体描述。
