摘 要:随着市场竞争的日益激烈,人力资源管理已成为关系到企业成败的重要因素之一。中小企业必须重视人力资源管理体系的建立,通过对中小企业招聘、培训、激励、企业文化以及劳动关系这几个方面进行的分析与研究,中小企业要做到健全招聘机制、完善培训体系、建立合理有效的激励机制、加强企业文化建设以及规范劳动合同的签订。人力资源管理体系的建设是一项长期的工程,必须根据企业的发展不断完善。
