摘要：鉴于对外投资企业在中国经济中的重要地位，中国政府鼓励发展对外投资类的企业，这本是对外投资类企业飞速发展的一个契机；但是由于对外投资企业融资难的问题，使这些企业得不到长足的发展。因此本文找出对外投资类企业融资的路径并分析其存在的问题，最后提出了相应的解决方案和建议。
