摘要:中国市场已经成为全球最大的消费市场,经济总量位居世界第二。为更好地进入中国市场,在华投资的跨国公司数量逐年增加。随着经济全球化的进一步发展,跨国公司对中国的投资方向和战略定位都做了很大的调整。本文介绍了跨国公司在投资结构、服务业本土化进程、投资地域等方面的策略调整,详细论述了这些策略调整对我国服务业水平提升及对本土企业的竞争压力、人才管理及用人理念和人才流动、中西部服务业水平带来的影响,并提出我国企业应科学分析,理性应对跨国公司的竞争,向跨国公司学习,与其合作,参与竞争,发展自主品牌,提高核心竞争力,加大本土人才的培养来应对这些挑战,最后论述了我国服务业今后一个时期的发展趋势。

ABSTRACT:The Chinese market has become the world's largest consumer market, economy came second in the world, for better to enter the Chinese market, increasing the number of multinational companies to invest in China, multinational companies have also showed unprecedented attention to the Chinese market. Multinational companies to invest in China's direction and strategic orientation have changed a lot. Multinational companies in the investment structure, this paper introduces the localization process, investment orientation of strategic adjustment, equity arrangement and adjustment into the way of strategies, and detailed discussion on the strategy adjustment of our country service industry upgrading, personnel management and the concept of choose and employ persons and flow of person, the impact of the economic independence and national security, and put forward should scientific analysis and rational response, learning, cooperation and competition, the development of independent brands, enhance core competitiveness to meet these challenges, and finally make a forecast to our country service industry the development direction of a period time.
