摘要:社区银行这种独特的模式在国外已经是相当普遍了,可是在中国却是一种新的处于起步中的金融体系,本文通过对中国民生银行社区银行的研究,在国内外学者文献基础上研究了民生银行社区银行存在的不足,包括(1)社区银行“抢”支行的客户,重复营销,浪费资源;(2)服务业务有限,可办理的业务过于单一;(3)人员专业素质有待提高;(4)对于风险的把控能力不高。接着提出了相应对策(1)挖掘更深层次客户;(2)增加可办理业务类型;(3)加强人员的专业能力以及职业素质;(4)为社区银行制定专有的管理办法及风险提示。最终深刻了解民生银行社区银行的发展。

Abstract:With the continuous development of China's financial market, in pursuit of greater market share while improving operating efficiency and competitiveness with other colleagues, many domestic banks are seeking new channels to achieve the purpose of business expansion and to solicit depositors. Community Bank is such a new channel model, such a model is commonplace in foreign countries, but in China it is a relatively new development. Therefore, the development of community banks in China are bound to be flaws. Through the study of the Minsheng Bank Community Bank of China, at home and abroad to learn through literature with their internship experience in the bank discovered the lack of Minsheng Bank, a community bank that exists, including (1) Community Bank "grab" branch customers, repeat sales waste of resources (2) services is limited, can handle the business over a single (3) professional quality needs to be improved (4) the ability to control the risk is not high and find their solutions. Minsheng Bank eventually develop a deep understanding of community banks.
