摘要:信用卡已经成为了人们日常生活中必不可少的东西,因此各大商业银行也是在全力抢占着信用卡的市场份额。上海银行作为一家区域性发卡银行也参与到了信用卡的营销大军中。不过上海银行在这次信用卡的推广浪潮中却没有获得想象中的成功,当然导致这一结果的原因也是多种多样。我们需要对该行的信用卡业务的现状进行调查,然后根据现代的营销理论分析问题,同时给出有针对性的建议来帮助上海银行改善目前信用卡业务发展不佳的现状。

Abstract:Credit card as a new payment tool have affected People's Daily lives, also for each big commercial bank credit card marketing competition. Bank of Shanghai as a regional hairpin bank also involved in the credit card marketing force. But for various reasons, the Shanghai bank credit card business development is not ideal. We need to survey the status quo of the bank's credit card business, and then according to the modern marketing theory to analyze problems, and targeted Suggestions to help improve the Shanghai bank credit card business development the present situation of the poor.
