摘要:经过近三十年的合资合作，上海市的汽车产业得到了跨越式的进步，其近年来的表现更是在全国汽车市场上稳居前列，代表了国内汽车制造业中外合资的先进水平。外资的进入所产生的技术溢出效应对上海市汽车工业的产业结构改善和自主品牌研发都发挥了极大的推动作用。与此同时，我们也不能忽视上海市汽车产业与发达国家的汽车制造城市相比还有很大差距，外资引入所造成的本土汽车制造业技术空心化的现象日趋严峻。针对当前上海市汽车产业现状，本文通过研究近年来上海市汽车产业的FDI技术溢出效应，分析其对本土汽车工业的影响、渠道和现存问题，从而对上海市汽车产业的合资道路有相对全面的把握和认识，进而提出相应的解决对策。本文基于以上视角，结合实证数据分析了FDI技术溢出效应对上海市汽车工业产生的影响，探讨了FDI技术溢出的主要途径，进一步分析了当前上海市汽车工业吸收FDI技术溢出的现存问题，并提出了相关的激励措施。本文的基本观点是：有效利用FDI技术溢出效应为上海市汽车工业自主研发与品牌创新服务，才是上海市汽车行业适应全球性竞争的出路。

Abstract: After the cooperation with foreign-funded corporations during the last 30 years, Shanghai has witnessed leapfrog development in its auto industry. And recent performance of the auto industry also ranks top in China market, which represents the domestic advanced level of auto manufacturing in the field of managing joint ventures. The technology spillover effect generated by entry of foreign capitals has contributed a lot in improving automobile industrial structure in shanghai and stimulating independent brands R&D. At the same time, we cannot ignore the tremendous gap between Shanghai auto industry and the automobile manufacturing cities in developed countries, and the worrying phenomenon of technology hollowing-out in domestic auto manufacturing industry caused by the introduction of foreign capital. Concerned about the current status of Shanghai automobile industry, through study on FDI technology spillover effect in Shanghai automobile industry in recent years, this article analyzes FDI’s influence on local auto industry, channels of technology spillover and existing problems, in order to grasp a full picture of joint ventures in Shanghai auto industry, and then puts forward corresponding solutions. Based on the above point of view, In this paper analyzes the impact of FDI technology spillover on Shanghai auto industry combined with the empirical data, discusses the main channels of FDI technology spillover, as well as the existing problems, and puts forward some related incentive solutions. The basic viewpoints of this article is that the effective utilization of FDI technology spillover effect in Shanghai auto industry for independent R&D and local brands innovation might be the right way out of adapting to global competition.
