摘要:外资银行进入一方面可以促进金融市场的发展和完善，有利于引进先进技术加快我国银行业的金融创新，提高银行业的经营管理水平，有利于中国银行业走向世界；另一方面也使我国银行业面临巨大的挑战和冲击，使其面临巨大的压力，外资银行的大量涌入有可能使我国银行业的经营风险加剧，甚至会影响到我国银行业的稳健发展。本文从我国银行业的现状入手，分析了我国银行业引入外资参股的必要性，并结合具体案例分析了外资参股的利弊，并最终提出应对的策略。
