摘要：中国自1979年开始实施加工贸易政策，到如今2012年，经过30多年的发展，加工贸易已成为中国经济飞速发展的必要推动因素。然而，面对高速的发展，加工贸易面临的问题日益凸显：地区发展不平衡、产业技术水平落后、劳动力供给状况不佳及外贸依存度过高，传统加工贸易的发展面临巨大压力。因此，本文从现状进行分析，针对加工贸易的制约因素，积极寻求解决途径：建立健全加工贸易政策、合理规划加工贸易经济、优化产业结构、提高劳动力素质加快加工贸易的升级转型，进一步提高中国加工贸易的质量和水平。

Abstract: Since 1979, China began implementing the processing trade policy. Till 2012, the processing trade has become the necessary push factor of China's economic development, which has developped for more than 30 years.However, in the face of the high speed development, processing trade the problems facing the increasingly prominent: the imbalanced development of industrial technology level, behind, labor supply situation is not good and high dependence on foreign trade, the development of the traditional processing trade facing huge pressure. Therefore, this paper, from the situation analysis, in view of the processing trade restriction factor, is actively seeking a solution: to establish and perfect the processing trade policy, the reasonable planning processing trade and economic, optimize industrial structure, improve the quality of the labor force to speed up the processing trade upgrade transformation, further improve the quality and level of processing trade.
