摘 要:区域现代物流发展水平不仅是区域现代服务业发展水平的重要标志，也是区域经济发展水平的重要标志。科学地对区域现代物流发展水平进行评价，是全面掌握区域现代物流发展现状，发现区域现代物流发展中存在问题并且提出促进区域现代物流发展对策的依据和基础。因此，开展区域现代物流发展水平评价研究成为目前亟需解决的重要问题，对区域现代物流发展水平评价研究不但具有现实意义，也具有一定的应用前景。
本文对区域现代物流发展水平进行了评价研究，主要研究内容包括：
（1）从区域经济社会发展、生产与消费、交通运输、物流基础设施、物流从业人员情况等几个维度构建了区域现代物流发展水平的评价指标体系，提出了基于灰色关联分析法的指标权重确定方法。
（2）在分析区域现代物流评价特点的基础上，构建了基于加权主成分分析法的区域现代物流发展水平评价模型。
（3）利用构建的评价模型对广东省2010年主要城市的现代物流发展水平进行评价分析。

ABSTRACT:Regional modern logistics development level evaluation is a scientific analyze regional logistics development present situation, regional modern logistics development problems, and puts forward some countermeasures for promoting regional modern logistics development foundation, therefore, study of regional modern logistics development level assessment has important practical significance. In this paper, research on regional logistics development level is evaluated, the main research contents include:
From the regional economic and social development, production and consumption, production and consumption situation, logistics infrastructure, logistics practitioners and so on several dimensions to build the regional modern logistics development level evaluation index system, was proposed based on grey correlation analysis method to determine index weight.
On the basis of analyzing the feature of modern logistics evaluation, build the regional modern logistics based on weighted principal component analysis development level evaluation model.
It used to build the evaluation model of 2010 major cities in Guangdong province's modern logistics development level evaluation analysis.
