摘 要:20世纪90年代以来，第三方物流管理作为一种新兴的事业形态和物流管理模式，在全球范围都有高速发展，引起了广大企业界和理论界的关注。在物流业快速发展的驱动下，企业为了减少物流成本，以提高企业竞争力，实行物流业务外包的企业也越来越多。有关资料表明，未来几年的时间内，我国的第三方物流企业数量每年的速度增长预计将为16％-25％。相应的，市场对第三方物流企业的服务质量、经营水平、信息管理等的要求也会随之提高。面对物流市场上种类繁多的第三方物流企业，就需要建立一套切合实际的方法来进行评价，以帮助企业做出科学合理的选择。
本文首先分析了第三方物流企业评价方法的现状，指出相关研究存在的一些不足。其次，介绍了第三方物流企业的相关理论，并简要介绍了传统第三方物流企业的部分评价方法，指出现存评价方法存在的优缺点。然后，在第三方物流企业指标体系建立原则的基础上，建立新的评价指标体系。根据新的评价指标体系，提出第三方物流企业评价方法--- 改进的TOPSIS方法。最后，应用案例对提出的方法进行实证分析。为企业在选择第三方物流公司时提供了参考的依据。

ABSTRACT:Since the 1990s, third-party logistics management as an emerging career patterns and logistics management, rapid development on a global scale has caused the majority of the business community and theoretical circles. The rapid development of the logistics industry, driven by enterprises in order to reduce logistics costs, in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, the implementation of logistics outsourcing companies are also increasing.The data indicate that, within the next few years, the number of third-party logistics enterprises is expected to grow at an annual rate of 16% -25% of rapid growth. Accordingly, the market for third-party logistics enterprise service quality, management level, and information management requirements will be increased. The face of the logistics market, a wide variety of third-party logistics companies, we need to establish a realistic approach to evaluation to help businesses make scientific and rational choice.
This article first analyzes the status quo of third party logistics enterprise evaluation method, and points out some shortages are related research. Secondly, the introduction of third-party logistics enterprises related theories, and briefly describes the part of traditional third-party logistics enterprises evaluation methods, pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of existing evaluation methods exist. Then, in the third-party logistics enterprises index system based on the principle, the establishment of a new evaluation system. Under the new evaluation system, evaluation methods proposed third-party logistics enterprises --- Improved TOPSIS Method. Finally, put forward the proposed methods for the empirical analysis with application case.
