摘要：在全球化的今天，中印两国如何正确认识各自的崛起，化解彼此的经济矛盾，不断增强两国的经贸联系是两国学者、政府和人民共同关心的焦点。本文首先回顾了中印两国经贸交流的四个历史阶段，全面分析两国经贸交流的现况，总结两国双边贸易取得的成就和存在的问题，包括贸易量的快速增长、贸易结构的改善以及贸易规模的不足、贸易不均衡和贸易摩擦等内容。分析了存在问题的原因，在此基础之上，提出一些进一步改善中印贸易状况的建议，并对中印双边贸易前景进行了预期。

Abstract: In a globalization world, how can China and India understand their own rises correctly, resolve their economic contradictions, and constantly enhance economic and trade ties between the two countries is the common focus on both Chinese and Indian academics, governments and people. This article reviews the four historical stages of the Sino-Indian bilateral trade and economic exchange firstly, then analyzes the current status of bilateral economic and trade exchanges, sums up the achievements and problems of bilateral trade, including the rapid growth of trade volume, improvement of the trade structure and the inadequate of trade scale, trade imbalance,trade frictions and so on, analyzes the reasons of these problems. Puts forward some recommendations to further improve the situation of Sino-Indian trade .At last prospects of the Sino-Indian bilateral trade are expected.
