外资银行进入对中国银行业影响的分析.doc

摘要：随着中国加入WTO以及全球经济一体化，外资银行进入中国市场并不断扩张。自2006年12月11日起，国务院正式实施了《中华人民共和国外资银行管理条例》和《中华人民共和国外资银行管理条例实施细则》，使得中国银行业市场完全向外资银行开放。对中国而言，外资银行的进入既是机遇也是挑战。本文在介绍外资银行在华经营现状的基础上，讨论了其带来的积极影响与消极影响，并就这些影响提出了应对策略。

Abstract: With China's accession to the WTO and the global economic integration,foreign banks  enter to the Chinese market and keep expanding. The state council has formally implemented the 《PRC foreign bank management regulation》and the law of the《the detailed rules for implementation   of People's Republic of the regulations on the administration of foreign banks》since december 11,2006. Which made China banking market open to the foreign capital bank completely. The entering of foreign capital bank brings both opportunities and challenges to china. This essay introducted the foreign capital bank in China which based on the basis of current situation of management, and discussed its bringing influencethe of both positive aspect and negative aspect, and also proposed the strategies to these influence.
