大学生校外租房情况调研报告—以XX学院为例.doc

摘要：本文以南京市江宁大学城南京晓庄学院南门对面的新建小区陶苑大学生校外租房为调研范围，通过对在校外租房的大学生开展问卷调查及数据分析，论述大学生在校外租房这一市场的发展状况，并做出了原因解析，据此提出了对此市场的态度认识、高校管理及市场健康发展的对策。

Abstract: This paper develops its research based on the fact that college students in Tao Yuan, a new residential quarters opposite of the South Gate Nanjing Xiaozhuang College in Jiangning University District of Nanjing, rent houses outside the campus. Through the questionnaire and data analysis about the students renting houses outside, the dissertation provides the market development situation of students in extracurricular renting, then gives reasons accordingly, and puts forward the attitude and understanding from university administration and the countermeasures how the market develops healthily.
