新形势下如何提升浙江省中小企业国际竞争力.doc

摘要：我国加入WTO 已经11年，中小企业国际竞争力问题已经成为社会各界关注的焦点。本文以浙江省中小企业为代表，分析了我国中小企业国际竞争力的现状及存在的优劣势。面对人民币持续升值、原材料价格上涨等各种新经济形势，本文也从企业制度、经营管理、人力资源等角度就如何提升浙江省中小企业国际竞争力提出了建议。

Abstract: Our country joins WTO already 11 years, small and medium enterprises international competitiveness has become the focus of attention of the community. This paper takes Zhejiang province small and medium-sized enterprise as representative, has analyzed our country small and medium-sized enterprise international competitiveness and the status of the existing advantages and disadvantages. In the face of RMB appreciation, raw material rises in price wait for a variety of new economic situation, this article from the enterprise system, management, human resources and other point of view on how to enhance the international competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang province were proposed.

本文主要探究了在新形势下如何提升浙江省中小企业的国际竞争力，中小企业的迅速发展已成为推动浙江省经济发展不可或缺的力量，为了获得长久的发展，就必须弥补本身的劣势、进一步发挥自身的优势。对于任何企业而言，最关键的就是人与物。企业家的经营管理对于企业本身的发展起到决定性作用，管理者对于企业制度的制定、经营理念等问题需要不断的创新，需要及时弥补自身的不足之处；在企业的成长过程中，资金、产品等各方面也是不可或缺的，保持资金流转顺利，产品及时更新，这些对于企业的发展都是起着举足轻重的作用。在新的经济形势下，不断提升中小企业的国际竞争力就是决定企业能否长期稳定发展的关键所在。
