我国职工参与监事会制度的分析.doc

摘要： 职工参与监事会制度是职工参与制度的重要内容之一。本文首先从职工监事的基础出发，对职工参与监事的背景做一简单陈述，接着分析了我国职工参与监事的现状，然后找出了我国职工参与监事制度的不足和其原因，最后为我国职工参与监事会制度提出了意见。

Abstract: Employees take part in the supervisors is an important part of employees to participate in the system. 　　在大多数公司中，职工监事的地位比其他股东监事的地位要低，往往由于这样导致职工监事缺乏积极性，没有责任感。所以要确保职工监事与其他监事地位的平等。应防止职工监事与公司高级管理人员发生不平等的行为。我认为一个可行的方法就是应让职工监事在监事会里获得一定的权力和地位，打个比方说让职工监事担任监事会主席或副主席，这样即使在人数处于弱势的职工监事方，也可以是的他们在地位上与其他股东监事保持平衡，有一定的权力可供他们行使自己职权，并且能够提高他们的积极性，能更好的让他们发挥作用，当然也要避免职工监事的越权行为。
