我国油菜籽贸易现状及发展趋势.doc

摘要：油菜是我国最重要的油料作物之一，其贸易状况不仅关系到国内市场的供需平衡，并且对国际市场也有重要影响。本文介绍了我国油菜籽贸易的现状，并在总结国内外农产品贸易发展环境的基础上预测了油菜籽进出口贸易的发展趋势，并从生产、贸易和其他相关方面提出了促进我国泊料发展，保证我国油料有效供给的政策建议。

Abstract：Rape is one of the most important oil plants in China and the trade of it is not only related with domestic market equilibrium of supply and demand, but also plays a significant role in international market. This paper firstly introduces the status quo domestic rapeseeds trade. Based on the summarization of the trade development environment of domestic and foreign agricultural products, this paper forecasts the development trend of rapeseeds trade, and puts forward some policy recommendations to promote the development of oil-bearing crops and ensure the effective supply based  on the analysis on the previous text, from the production, trade and other related aspects.

　　我国油菜种植历史悠久,既是世界油菜籽生产大国,也是贸易大国。油菜是我国最重要的油料作物之一,油菜籽压榨加工的菜油是我国城乡居民最喜食用的传统的烹调油。油菜籽生产和贸易状况不仅关系到国内市场的供需平衡,而且对国际市场也有重要影响。尽管油菜籽是世界市场仅次于大豆的重要贸易油料作物，但是，一段时间以来，中国油料进口以大豆为主，油菜籽和菜籽油的贸易规模都较小。

　　由于人口的增长，国民生活水平的提高，我国植物油消费将不断增长，这给我国的油料产业包括油菜产业提供了很大的市场发展空间。大力发展油菜生产，有利于满足人民生活水平不断提高的需要，提高植物油的自给率从而为保障我国的植物油供给安全作出了贡献。
