摘要:电子商务的兴起使得国际贸易产生了一系列新型贸易方式。其含义就是运用电子化手段作为交易方式,在网上进行远程国际贸易,节省交易成本及增加收益、提高贸易效率、增加贸易机会以及提高企业的国际市场应变能力和竞争能力。这种新型的贸易方式具有了传统国际贸易方式所无可比拟的优势,成为未来国际贸易的必然趋势。从中国情况看,电子商务在进出口贸易方面的运用还是一个新兴领域,却是21世纪不可抗拒的历史潮流,是全球贸易和世界经济发展中不以人们意志为转移的客观规律。本文分析了电子商务对国际贸易交易结构的影响,对国际贸易模式创新的影响,引入了一个新的概念,E-国际贸易,以及提出了中国利用电子商务促进对外贸易的对策,从多个方面来浅析电子商务的兴起对国际贸易的影响。

Abstract:The rise of e-commerce international trade makes a series of new trade. It means the use of electronic as trading. Making international trade online has many advantages, such as savings in transaction costs, increasing revenue, improving trade efficiency, increasing trade opportunities and enhancing their response capabilities and competitiveness in international markets. This new way of trading has many incomparable advantages which the traditional international trade doesn’t have, and becomes the inevitable trend of international trade. E-commerce in the use of our country’s import and export trade is still an emerging field, but it is an irresistible historical trend in the 21st century, is an objective law which not transferred by people's will in the global trade and world economic development. This paper analyzes the impact of electronic commerce on the structure of international trade transactions and on the innovation of international trade patterns, the introduction of a new concept-E-international trade. At last this paper proposes the measures in the use of electronic commerce in China foreign trade promotion, analyses the impact of the rise of electronic commerce on international trade..
