某地城镇化对农业现代化的影响.doc

摘要:农业是国民经济的基础，农业现代化是我国现代化建设的重要组成部分，是全面建设小康社会的前提和基础。因此，我们必须重视并加快我国的农业现代化的建设。而探讨农业现代化，就离不开农村城镇化，二者都是建设社会主义新农村的重要内容，相互影响，相互发展。

　　　本文从农业现代化、城镇化的基本概念和理论出发，以宏观的角度分析农业现代化和城镇化之间的关系，并选取徐州这样一个欠发达地区，徐州作为一个农业大市，研究其农业现代化的现状及存在的问题、城镇化的发展水平，探索城镇化如何有效推动农业现代化的发展。

Abstract:Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy, agricultural modernization is an important part of modernization construction in our country, is the premise and foundation of building a well-off society.Therefore, we must pay attention to and accelerate the construction of agricultural modernization in our country.Explore the modernization of agriculture , urbanization in rural areas can not be separated ,both important content to building a new socialist countryside , mutual influence and mutual development .

　　　In this paper, starting from the basic concepts and theories of agricultural modernization, urbanization , macro- analysis of the relationship between agricultural modernization and urbanization ,and select Xuzhou such a less developed regions,Xuzhou as an agricultural city,study its current situation and existing problems of agricultural modernization, the urbanization development level, to explore how to effectively promote the development of agricultural modernization of urbanization.

研究目的

　　　我国是一个相当典型的二元经济结构，收入分配中最明显的问题是城乡居民收入差距扩大，产业发展中最薄弱是农业。实现传统农业向现代农业的转变，不仅关系到农业的持续发展和社会主义新农村的建设，而且关系到社会主义和谐社会的建设。然而，同快速推进的工业化、城镇化相比，我国农业现代化发展缓慢。农业现代化必须紧跟工业化、城镇化的发展步伐，否则会导致工业化、城镇化发展滞后。本文重点研究城镇化和农业现代化之间的关系，试图通过分析徐州地区农业现代化的状况，探讨城镇化如何能够有效推动农业现代化的发展，实现城镇化和农业现代化的协调。

研究意义

　　　我国要在21世纪中期基本实现现代化，而农业现代化作为现代化的基础，农业承担十分重要的责任。因此，研究农业现代化对切实解决“三农”问题，统筹城乡发展，实现“四化”同步发展，全面建设小康社会具有重要意义。鉴于城镇化和农业现代化关系密切，探索城镇化和农业现代化的相关性，以城镇化为突破口，研究农业现代化。本文选取徐州市为研究对象，徐州作为苏北地区的中心，是一个农业大市，从实现农业现代化的角度，运用现代化理论和经济学中城镇化和农业现代化的相互作用的理论，分析徐州农业现代化存在的问题，城镇化如何去解决这些问题。本文希望通过对徐州农业的研究，能为我国农业现代化建设提供一些启示，并加快我国农业现代化建设的步伐。
