中外合资企业对大厂区经济的影响（有案例）.doc

摘要:中外合资企业是经济社会发展的重要组成部分，它是经济发展不可或缺的力量之一。在我国，中外合作企业对我国经济和社会的可持续发展，以及构建和谐社会有着极其重大的意义。南京市大厂地区是南京重点工业开发区，其中外合资的重化工业对该区经济起着举足轻重的作用。本文通过对中外合资企业的现状分析阐述了南京市大厂区中外合资企业发展现状和中外合资企业对区域经济的影响，指出当前经济环境下中外合作企业所存在的问题，从而提出对策建议。

Abstract:Sino-foreign joint venture enterprise is an important part of the economic and social development, it is one of the indispensable force for economic development. In China, the Sino-foreign cooperative enterprises of China's economic and social sustainable development, as well as to build a harmonious society has a great significance. Other areas of Nanjing Nanjing Industrial Development Zone, its joint venture heavy chemical industry plays a pivotal role in the area's economy. In this paper, the status quo of Sino-foreign joint ventures analysis of the development of Sino-foreign joint venture in Nanjing Dachang Qu status and Sino-foreign joint ventures on the regional economy, the problems pointed out that Sino-foreign cooperative enterprises in the current economic environment, which proposed in this paper.

　　　论文以经济学和区域经济学的理论为基础，本论文在论述中外合资企业、大厂地区居民生活环境同时，着重以中外合资企业对大厂地区经济环境的影响为主线进行分析，以扬子石化-巴斯夫有限责任公司为例，主要运用必要的图表直观反映，进一步论述二者之间的关系。通过细致分析，发现当前经济环境下中外合资企业所存在的问题，为促进社会主义经济建设的发展提出可行性意见，为建设和谐社会主义经济尽一费力。

　　　论文分为五部分。第一部分为绪论，从总体上简述文章的选题背景和选题意义，通过文献综述，为本文提供了理论基础。第二部分论述我国中外合资企业的状况分析。第三部分系统分析了大厂地区和扬子石化—巴斯夫责任有限公司的概况。第四部分分别从两个方面阐述中外合资企业对大厂地区经济的影响。第五部分针对第四部分所提出的一系列建设性意见，为推动区域经济建设，最后为结论。
