某地融资租赁业的发展现状及其存在的问题分析.doc

摘要:随着我国经济的持续发展和社会水平的持续提高，融资租赁业在推动在推动整个社会经济上起着越来越重要的作用。近几年来融资租赁公司的数目增长迅速，无锡政府对于融资租赁业的发展非常重视，探讨无锡融资租赁业的现状及存在的主要问题，对于无锡融资租赁业的发展有着重要意义。

　  融资租赁业在我国形成了管理多头，业务主题种类繁多的局面，在无锡亦是如此。本文通过对无锡融资租赁业的现状及存在的问题进行分析，从而针对其问题进行探讨。

Abstract: Along with our country economy sustainable development and the continuous improvement of social level, financing and leasing on the drive in promoting the social economy plays a more and more important role. 我国融资租赁业发展现状

　　　1、融资租赁的交易种类已从单一的直接融资租赁业务扩展到各种创新租赁。融资租赁业务在中国产生之初，只具有单一的融资功能。现在在中国开战业务的租赁公司，除了直接融资租赁业务外，还开展了出售回租、转租赁以及跟组承租人现金流量来安排租金支付等多种灵活变通的租赁形势，开战了由几家租赁公司共同为一个承租人进行委托租赁等。此外，随着中国与世界经济一体化程度的提高，越来越多的中国设备的制造厂商，特别是中外合资企业，对云容租赁方式促销的优越性认识不断提高，并在实践中取得了突出成果。医疗设备，计算机及其各种类型汽车的厂商租赁，都已经出现在中国的租赁市场

　　　2、交易规模有限，且近年发展缓慢。目前我国融资租赁的市场渗透率约在2%左右，远远低于发达国家10-30%的水平，也低于巴西、印度等新型工业化国家的平均3-10%的水平，融资租赁在我国的经济发展中没有起到应有的作用。并且从1999年开始，到21世纪初期，许多融资租赁公司都陷入业务整顿状况。
