　　　常州市电缆企业销售的大多数产品产并无自己的品牌，只是以OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer)方式生产。可见我们在产品概念的第一二层做得就不够，更不必说附加价值了。因此，我们需要利用一切手段，尽快地提高电缆产品的品质，同时创建经销自己的产品品牌。我们应有选择、分步骤地对这些出口的电缆产品实施我们的品牌战略。加强管理，制定新的发展战略，植入新的经营模式，扩大出口的产品种类和范围，多渠道出口。多大力引进尖端人才，加强技术升级与技术创新。加强一线生产管理和监督的同时合理提升一线工人的待遇，减少一线熟练工人的流失。并且学会法律手段解决贸易壁垒和贸易摩擦。维护自身的合法利益，加强对外部环境变化的适应能力，以良好的心态和强大的心理来应对不期而遇的经济危机。目前我国正在大力扶持发展高新技术产业，电缆企业也要向信息产业靠拢，积极的研发新产品，新材料。我相信电缆企业会一定迎来新的春天，成为国民经济发展中的新的发动机，为国民经济的发展做出新的贡献。
