摘要： 在世界经济迅猛发展的大趋势下，我国电子商务正不断发展。证券电子商务作为新兴行业也得到相当的关注度。发展前景相当可观，但其中不可避免的遇到阻碍。理论上，从国家的经济发展、企业的运营状况到证券市场行情分析及交易等信息，投资者都可以从互联网上获取，而到目前为止我国的各级证券机构所能提供的各种网上服务还远远不够，所以中国证券电子商务发展前景光明，但实际操作中成本与效益是决定因素，特别是它的当前、长远的效益问题与国家的经济发展状况、证券电子商务的发展硬件条件、投资者的素质、证券业的关切态度等密切相关。这篇论文从这些角度探讨了证券电子商务在我国的发展现状及未来的方向。当然在这之前先要简述一下证券电子商务的基本概念、内容、意义；分析中国电子商务的发展历史和特征；国内外电子商务的发展现状。然后具体研究在中国发展这一行业的条件和问题以及我们怎样利用现有的条件并创造更好的条件去发展证券电子商务。

Abstract: The rapid trend of development of world economy, China's e-commerce is the continuous development. Securities e-commerce as an emerging industry has also been considerable attention. Development prospects are considerable, but the inevitable obstacles. Theoretically, the country's economic development, the operational status to the stock market market analysis and trading information, investors can be obtained from the Internet, but so far China's securities institutions at all levels can provide a variety of online services not enough, the China Securities e-commerce development prospects bright, but the actual operation costs and benefits is to determine the factors, in particular, its current long-term effectiveness of the country's economic development, securities e-commerce hardware conditions, closely related to the quality of the investors, concerned about the attitude of the securities industry. From these perspectives, this paper discusses the development status of the securities of e-commerce in China and future directions. Of course, before that first briefly the basic concepts of the Securities and e-commerce, content, meaning; analysis of the history of the development and characteristics of the Chinese e-commerce; the development status of e-commerce at home and abroad. And specific research in this industry conditions and problems and how we can use the existing conditions and create better conditions for the development of securities e-commerce development in China.
