摘要:伴随着因特网技术的快速发展,全球化和网络化已经成为了世界潮流发展中一项至关重要的因素,在电子商务的环境下,网络营销也成为了人们关注的主要问题。本文中,笔者归纳了网络营销的特点、现状等,进而提出其负面影响所带来的问题及其表现形式,并对其进行了分析、探讨和研究,并结合了实际情况对问题的解决方案提供相应的对策以供参考。

Abstract: Along with the rapid development of Internet technology, globalization and the network has become the development trend of the world is a very important factor in electronic business environment, the network marketing has become the major concern in people.
