摘要：我国零售业在市场经济的有效引导下，通过连锁经营取得了显人的成绩，随着WTO过渡期的基本结束，我国零售业正迎来新一轮的挑战以及机遇。作为IT连锁业的领军企业，宏图三胞高科技术股份有限公司在连锁经营方面是较为成功的。本文通过观察法、文献研究法、描述性研究法、经验总结法等，对其充满特色的经营策略进行研究，得出了令其成功的即在坚持独创WDM模式的理念下，结合信息化的XP系统的支持，再通过其辐射面极广的营销网络，最终利用自身打造的服务团队，保证产品的生产、仓储、配送以及最终的成功销售。同时本文也通过一些数据的采集与分析，对宏图三胞未来的更一步发展提出建议。
