[摘要]：人民币升值对我国出口贸易具有消极和积极影响，消极影响体现在：不利于外贸企业产品的出口；影响外资对我国投资的积极性；失业压力会增大等。积极影响体现在：促进我国产业结构的调整；有助于我国形成稳定的经济增长趋势；有利于改善贸易条件；促使企业转变经营机制，增加自主创新能力；平衡与缓解各国贸易矛盾。应对人民币升值我们可以从国家和企业自身两个层面采取对策，国家层面的对策有：实施由外向型像内需型转变战略；调整贸易构造，促进产业升级；积极推进对外贸易创新，降低我国贸易的国别依靠；健全外贸服务体系，扫除非市场障碍。企业自身的对策有：实现产品升级，打造自主品牌；开拓多元化市场；利用互联网，发展电子商务；加大走出去战略的实施力度；加强外汇专业人才的储备。
