摘要：在当今开放经济的条件下，技术进步既包括国内的技术创新，还包括国际技术转移带来的技术进步。知识产权保护通过促进技术进步从而促进经济增长，所以加强知识产权保护可以为经济增长提供源源不断的动力。本文结合快速发展的中国国际贸易特点，运用计量经济学的分析工具研究了中国知识产权保护水平与经济增长的关系，证明了中国的知识产权保护水平与经济增长之间的均衡关系以及加强知识产权保护对经济增长的促进作用。并提出中国知识产权保护中所存在的问题以及中国国际贸易快速发展过程中的知识产权保护与经济增长的政策建议。

Abstract: In today's open economy conditions, technological advances both domestic technological innovation, but also bring international technology transfer and technological progress. Intellectual property protection through the promotion of technological progress to promote economic growth, so the strengthening of intellectual property protection can provide an endless economic growth momentum. In this paper, the rapid development features of China's international trade, the use of econometric analysis tools and intellectual property rights protection in China's economic growth, demonstrating that the level of IPR protection in China and the balance between economic growth and the strengthening of intellectual property protection role in promoting economic growth. Intellectual property protection in China and put forward the problems and the rapid development of China's international trade in intellectual property protection and economic growth policy recommendations.
