XX风电产业园的发展现状及对策.doc

摘要：作为一个能源紧缺的国家，我国的能源浪费十分严重，单位能耗所创造的财富远远低于发达国家。中国未来的经济发展已没有可能再通过粗放型能源消耗模式来实现，风能是近年来发展势头最好的。本文以无锡惠山风电为例，结合国内外风电产业发展规律，分析惠山风电产业发展的成就与不足，并针对这种情况给出自己的应对策略，以期无锡的风电产业有更好的发展。

　　在众多新型可再生能源中，风能分布范围广泛，风力发电技术比较成熟而且成本相对较低，最具有大规模开发和商业化发展前景，因此风力发电在改善能源结构以及节能减排方面的作用受到了人们越来越多的关注，成为目前国际上可再生能源领域发展最快的清洁能源。同时，在风电产业的发展道路上面临的种种问题并不易解决，需要各方的配合，统一管理，共同努力，方能使无锡的风电产业有长远的发展。
