物联网条件下的供应链管理基本思想与对策分析.doc

摘要：物联网的不断发展，已对企业供应链管理产生越来越显著的影响。本文通过分析当前供应链管理存在的问题，并结合物联网在供应链管理的运输、仓储、生产、配送/ 分销及零售等环节的应用情况，探讨了基于物联网的供应链管理的发展趋势，即利用基于物联网的信息系统，将供应链管理与质量控制进行智能化集成以实现供应链管理的高度敏捷化和集成化，以产品服务化的理念结合更加优化的供应链成员、更小的供给库规模和更快的反应度满足顾客日益个性化的需求，提高整条供应链的价值。

Abstract：The thing networking's unceasing development, has supplied the chain management to the enterprise to have more and more remarkable influence. This article through the analysis current supply chain management existence's question, and the union networking is supplying link's and so on transportation which, warehousing, production, allocation/retailing and retail sales the chain manages application situations, has discussed the trend of development which manages based on the thing networking's supply chain, namely the use based on the thing networking's information system, will supply the chain management and the quality control carries on the intellectualized integration to realize supplies the chain to manage highly agile and the integration, optimizes the supply chain member by the product service's idea union, the smaller supplies storehouse scale and a quicker degree of reaction satisfies the customer day by day personalization the demand, enhances the entire strip to supply chain's value.

　　虽然物联网离真正进入大规模实用阶段还有很长时间，面临着很多亟待解决的问题，包括如何降低成本、制定产业标准、研发核心技术等等问题，但基于EPC/RFID技术的物联网已融入到供应链管理的各个环节，并对供应链管理的发展产生了显著地影响。随着相关技术的不断成熟及应用的不断深入，物联网必将对供应链管理的发展起到积极的推动作用。可以预见，供应链管理即将迎来一个新的管理模式。
