摘要:随着经济全球化的迅猛发展和市场竞争的加剧,在企业的生产与作业活动中,物流贯穿着活动的始终,物流的管理水平关系到生产成本的高低、影响着企业的经济效益,因此企业的生产物流管理便成为了一项重要的工作,同时对它的管理也提出了更高的要求。本文首先对生产物流的基本理论进行分析,然后分析鑫盛企业生产物流管理的现状,指出存在的问题。接着借鉴先进经验指出了鑫盛企业物流管理的改进策略。这主要有——改善物流战略管理模式、改善物流管理组织体系、提高物流体系的效率、改革物流设施布局、培养供应商向供应链管理迈进、加强物流人才教育与培训工作等。

Abstract: With the rapid development of economic globalization and market competition in the production and operating activities, logistics and runs through the activities always, logistics management level of the relationship between the level of production costs and affect the economic efficiency of enterprises, the production and logistics management has become an important work, while its management also put forward higher requirements. Firstly, the basic theory of the production logistics, and then analyze the current status of the Xinsheng production and logistics management, pointed out the problems. Then learn from the advanced experience and pointed out the Xinsheng enterprise logistics management improvement strategies. This is mainly - to improve the logistics strategic management model to improve logistics management organization system to improve the efficiency of the logistics system, reform of the logistics facilities layout, training suppliers into the supply chain management, logistics personnel education and training.

通过对鑫盛企业生产物流管理现状的深入分析,提出了鑫盛企业在生产物流管理方面存在的问题,主要体现在以下几个方面:
(1)企业对物流的观念认识不够全面和深刻;
(2)企业物流管理手段落后,物流装备水平低;
(3)企业物流信息系统及物流技术水平低。
针对以上问题本文对鑫盛企业提出了以下改进策略:

(4)培养供应商向供应链管理迈进
(5)改善物流管理组织体系
(6)加强物流人才教育与培训工作
本论文结束之际,通过本论文的研究,对鑫盛企业的生产物流管理有了进一步的认识,也深深地感受到物流是一个系统工程,与内外部环境息息相关。企业生产物流管理必须立足于整体的、系统的观点,对生产物流管理进行改革和创新,提高物流环节的运作效率,做到库存最优,生产成本最优,运输费用最合理,最大程度的降低物流成本。这样才能提升企业的核心竞争力,使企业在日益激烈的市场竞争中出于更加有利的地位。
