摘要:近年来,食品安全环境等问题的不断出现,使我国企业社会责任信息的披露处于重要的地位。加入WTO后,中国经济正式融入经济全球化,社会责任运动在我国悄然兴起。当前,企业之间的竞争不再是传统的资金、技术问题,而是企业对社会的态度,企业作为社会的一份子,应当承担合理的社会责任,重视企业对社会的责任并进行适当披露也逐渐成为我国经济发展历程中的一个重要趋势。本文从企业社会责任信息披露的基本概念入手,简单介绍了我国企业社会责任信息披露的现状,重点介绍了我国企业社会责任信息披露在披露内容、方式上存在的问题,从披露意识、法律法规、成本等方面分析了我国企业社会责任信息披露存在问题的原因,最后针对问题给出了相应的对策。

Abstract:In recent years, food safety and environmental issues continue to emerge, so that corporate social responsibility information disclosure in an important position. Accession to WTO, China's economy has officially integrated into the economic globalization, social responsibility movement is quietly rising in China. At present, competition among enterprises is no longer the traditional capital, technology issues, but the attitude of society, the enterprise as a community, should bear a reasonable social responsibility. Pay attention to corporate social responsibility and appropriate disclosure has become an important trend in the course of China's economic development. In this paper the basic concept of corporate social responsibility information disclosure, a brief introduction of corporate social responsibility information disclosure of the status quo, the focus of corporate social responsibility information disclosure in the disclosure power, content and form, the problems from the disclosure of awareness, legal regulations, cost and other aspects of corporate social responsibility information disclosure of existence of the cause of the problem, and corresponding countermeasures is given for the problem.Keywords: corporate; social responsibility; information disclosure
目前虽然我国披露社会责任信息的企业在逐年增多,但对于我国来说无论是在数量还是质量上都是存在不足的,我国的企业和信息的使用者(包括员工、客户和股东等利益相关者),还没有真正意识到社会责任信息披露的重要性或者说还存在“盲区”,企业的责任不仅在于追求利润,企业的发展更离不开社会的支持,企业必须承担合理的社会责任,这将成为企业的软竞争力。随着经济的发展,社会上的食品安全等问题也越来越多,最近又爆出作为免检产品的山西可口可乐辅助用的“含氯”水混入到饮料生产用水中,但其在披露过程中却呈现多变的姿态,从刚开始的否认到现在的承认致歉,可见我国企业还没把社会责任信息披露当做企业应尽的义务,还有对公众不负责的表现,所以对我国来说制定相应的法律法规对社会责任信息披露的内容进行规范,并对企业披露社会责任信息采取一定的法律强制手段,以使企业认识到社会责任信息披露的重要性,同时可以提高公众对社会责任信息披露的关注度,增强企业社会责任信息披露的内外监督。本文通过对我国企业社会责任信息披露的问题进行浅析,并据此提出了一系列对策,希望对改善我国企业社会责任信息披露的现状有所帮助。
