摘要:银行业作为一个服务性行业,其提供的服务是一种资源,是银行的效益源泉,是银行创造和实现价值的手段,因而服务水平的高低、质量的优劣,直接影响到银行的盖利水平、市场竞争力,进而影响着商业银行的生存和发展。为了在激烈的市场竞争中保持旺盛的生命力,各家商业银行纷纷采取措施不断提升其金融服务能力。本文给出了商业银行服务创新过程中存在的问题及其原因,并给出了相应的提升商业银行服务创新能力的对策建议,并以招商银行为例,总结招商银行在服务创新方面的独到之处。

Abstract:the banking industry as a service industry, the service is a kind of resource, is the source of the profit of bank, bank is to create and realize the value of the means, and the level of service, quality, directly affects banking gailey level, market competition ability, and then affects the commercial bank's survival and development. In the fierce competition in the market maintained a strong vitality, commercial banks have taken measures to improve its financial service ability. This paper gives the commercial bank service innovation process in the existing problems and their causes, and gives the corresponding improving commercial bank's service innovation countermeasure proposal, and China Merchants Bank China Merchants Bank as an example, summarized in aspects of one's own knack in service innovation.
