我国巨额外汇储备和吸引外资的关系研究(FER和FDI数据实证分析).doc

摘要:外汇储备是一个国家经济实力的重要组成部分，是一国用于平衡国际收支的工具，近年来，我国外汇储备的持续大幅增加，同时我国吸引的外商直接投资也居于世界前列。本文首先通过理论分析探讨外汇储备和外商直接投资的相互关系，其次主要通过考察1994年至2010年的外汇储备及外商直接投资数据，运用回归分析法研究其相互作用力，经过分析得出巨额外汇储备与吸引外商直接投资有着正相关的关系，得出外商直接投资的稳步攀升是巨额外汇储备增长的重要来源，而巨额外汇储备的增多也同时扩大了外商直接投资的数额。文章最后根据分析所得的结果，提出警惕和调查外汇储备的来源，实施对各地区政府外商投资吸引的降温措施等相关政策建议。

Abstract:Foreign exchange reserves is the important component of a national economic strength, and it is the tool which a country used to balance the international payments. In recent years, China's foreign exchange reserves continue to increase, and at the same time foreign direct investment which our country attract also resides in the world's front. Firstly This thesis discusses the relationship between foreign exchange reserves and foreign direct investment through theoretical analysis. Secondly, by means of the investigation in 1994 to 2010 foreign exchange reserves and foreign direct investment data and regression analysis to research the forces between them. The result is that foreign exchange reserves and foreign direct investment have positive correlation relationship. At the end of the thesis, it brings up some policy advices on the relationship of them, such as alerting and investing the source of foreign exchange reserves, and cooling the attraction of foreign investment.

　　　外汇储备，又称为外汇存底，指一国政府所持有的国际储备资产中的外汇部分，即一国政府保有的以外币表示的债权，一国经济实力的重要组成部分，也可以说，它是一国货币当局持有的可以随时兑换外国货币资产来进行平衡国际收支、稳定汇率以及对外债务的偿还等行为的外汇积累。外商直接投资（FDI），国际投资基本形式之一，它是投资国将资本投入到东道国开办或收购企业以取得控制经营管理权并获取利润的一种对外投资方式。外商直接投资是与国际间接投资相对应的。近年来，我国外汇储备的持续大幅增加，同时我国吸引的外商直接投资也居于世界前列，两者之间的联系值得我们探讨。本文通过理论分析探讨外汇储备和外商直接投资的相互关系，其次主要通过考察1994年至2010年的外汇储备及外商直接投资数据，运用回归分析法研究其相互作用力。
