摘要:借着改革开放的春风,乘着经济全球化的浪潮,国际酒店管理集团纷纷以不同的管理形式进入中国这片具有重大开发价值的市场,随之而来的是人才的紧张争夺。纵观目前中国酒店业的人力资源管理,酒店员工流失的问题可谓迫在眉睫,员工流失呈逐年上升趋势。其中薪酬福利待遇低、人力资源管理不合理等原因导致了酒店员工的频繁流动,流动的方向主要表现为低星级酒店流向高星级酒店,本土酒店流向外资酒店,或者流向其他行业。这种现象导致了酒店招聘成本上升、人心不稳、服务质量下降、客源流失等一系列问题。本人通过研究该课题,主要分析海泉湾维景酒店员工流失的主客观原因,员工流失对酒店的影响及提出改善员工流失状况的对策。

Abstract:In the blossom of economic globalization, with the reform and opening-up policy, a variety of international hotel managements are getting into the valuable developing market in China, coming with the tight personnel hunting problem. So far, the human resources management of the Chinese hotel industry is facing a serious outflow problem. Cause for the low payment and welfare and the unreasonable human resources management, the number of the personnel outflow is getting larger and larger. And personnel hop from low class hotel five stars hotel or from local hotel to foreign funded hotel. And these phenomenon leads to higher cost, lower services quality, poor unity and customer losing. From this research, we analyze the main problem and the effect of the hotel brain drain, and give out some countermeasures to these problems.

酒店业作为劳动力密集型产业,提供服务是酒店的核心产品,而员工就是提供服务的主体。酒店员工的服务意识、服务态度、服务技术、服务形象等会影响顾客对酒店的满意度,还会对酒店的社会声誉和经济收益产生巨大的影响。如果一家酒店要想在竞争十分激烈的酒店市场有一席之地,就必须拥有并留住各种各样的优秀人才,把他们作为酒店最宝贵的资源,不然员工的流失会对酒店的长期发展造成非常不利的影响。因此酒店管理者必须要正确地面对酒店员工流失的问题并想方设法去解决该难题,只有这样,才能从根本上解决问题,让酒店更好地发展壮大,书写辉煌的篇章。
