酒店选址对酒店的影响及降低不良影响的方法(有案例).doc

摘要:本文以酒店选址等相关文献的研究为出发点，通过分析目前酒店选址的特点，结合对我国目前酒店选址状况存在问题的分析，结合对广州翡翠皇冠假日酒店对选址策略和选址后的不良影响作出的一系列应对方法的分析，对末来酒店的选址提供有价值的信息，和选址后可能带来的不良影响作出的对应措施提供一些可行的方法。

Abstract:In this paper the hotel site and other related literature study as the starting point， through the analysis of the hotel site characteristics, combined with current to our country the hotel site situation analysis of the existing problems, combined with the Crowne Plaza Guangzhou Science City Hotel on the site selection strategies and location of adverse effects following made a series of coping methods of analysis, come to end the hotel site to provide valuable information, and location may bring bad effects to make corresponding measures to provide some feasible methods.

从广州翡翠皇冠假日酒店的选址例子得出，单使用AHP层次分析法是有一定缺陷的，但是结合GIS适宜性分析法，可以充分发挥各自的优点，做到扬长避短。而从广州翡翠皇冠假日酒店对选址后的一些不良影响的一系列措施，也证明选址后的不良影响并非不可控，只要有结合实际的一系列商业和公共的方法，不良影响也是可以控制的，酒店也是可以蓬勃发展的。综合考虑酒店选址，符合酒店目标和未来发展的前景，是酒店在选址的时候谨慎考虑的问题。
