酒店节能方案的基本模式及应用(XX酒店为例).doc

摘要:本文以酒店节能方面的相关文献及自身在酒店实习半年对实习单位广州翡翠皇冠假日酒店的了解为探讨的出发点，通过分析酒店的节能状况，节能模式以及酒店节能的原因和节能的影响的关系，结合对我国目前酒店业节能中存在问题的分析，以广州翡翠皇冠假日酒店节能模式与具体应用实证分析为例，从中提出部分个人意见及改善方法，并且针对其探讨如何针对如何建立一个相对较为健全的酒店节能模式，从而降低不必要的能耗响应当今社会绿色环保的理念。

　　　酒店在能源损耗方面并非不可控，针对酒店自身存在的具体问题和实际情况，制定适合酒店自身节能管理的措施，就可以减少能源的浪费降低酒店的经营成本提高竞争力，而且这也是作为一个行业对社会应有的付出和行动。

　　　同时我国酒店行业要改善现今的节能管理状况，就应加强行业的管理，特别是一些中小型的酒店；同时酒店与酒店之间要加强沟通，建立一个良好的学习与沟通的平台，向具有成功个案和优秀节能经验的酒店多学习多借鉴；还可以向国外大型的酒店集团学习其节能管理模式，尽可能的丰富我们节能方面的知识和信息。
