摘要:近年随着经济环境的转变,旅游业的发展迅速增长,我国酒店业也由小变大,由弱变强。并且,一些国际连锁酒店以及酒店集团纷纷进驻中国市场。在酒店业发展的过程中,高星级酒店由最初的一线城市扎堆,逐步向二三线城市,或一线城市边缘郊区进驻,分布呈地域分散化。那么在这些远离市中心的郊区酒店,其基本的运营情况是如何的?本文将以身处广州郊区的广州翡翠皇冠假日酒店为例,以分析其基本的入住情况和详细研究其餐饮部门的各种数据,探讨其餐饮收入的构成和餐饮部门的市场现状,综合总结分析郊区酒店餐饮的优势之处,以此延伸出发展郊区酒店餐饮的可行参照条件。

Abstract:With the changing of economics environment in recent years, the development of tourism in our country has grown rapidly and hotel industry also has an earthshaking change, from small to big, from weak to strong. Moreover, some of international hotel chains and hotel groups have entered into Chinese market. In the process of the hotel industry’s development, high-star hotels move to the second and third-tier cities or suburbs of the first-tier cities gradually and the distribution is regionally dispersion. Then, how does the basic operation of suburban hotel which is far away from the city center? This paper aims to take Crown Plaza, which is in Guangzhou suburb, for example, not only analyze its basic occupancy and the data of food and beverage sector but also investigate the intergrant of food and beverage sector’s income and its market situation,and combined with hotle’s catering ecological management.Combined with relevant information, analysis of the advantages of suburban hotels and restaurants at this extension of the feasible reference conditions for the development of suburban hotels and restaurants.
