摘要:随着中国长期高速的经济增长对能源的需求,老百姓对生活的质量和生态环境的要求也日益提升。西气东输、川气东送以及引进俄罗斯天然气等世纪工程显示了天然气这一具有优质、洁净和环保等特点的重要能源,正受到中国政府前所未有的高度重视。
本文写作的重点就是要分析不同影响因素的影响下,薪酬结构的合理性,进而对薪酬结构的设计提出使用方案和操作方法。本文根据对国内过去和现在的薪酬结构的不同模式进行全方位调查研究的基础上,从薪酬结构合理性分析入手,指出薪酬结构的合理性应从企业战略适应性、内部公平性、外部竞争性以及薪酬方案有效性的分析为依据,分析了诸多影响薪酬结构的各种因素。此外,本文提出了分析和设计薪酬结构的参考流程,使得企业管理者和人力资源工作者能够根据流程,正确合理地选择和设计本企业的薪酬结构并根据企业内外部环境的变化能够及时合理地调整薪酬结构,以便企业增进和保持旺盛的竞争优势。
