摘要:社会建设的不断前进与完善,伴随着经济全球化和信息技术的迅猛发展,物流管理理念已在各大企业中得到广泛推广,众多汽车物流一方面期望降低物流费用,从而降低成本,另一方面又想获得更好的物流服务以满足销售的需要。人们的观念也不再只是一味的追求收益最大化。越来越多的企业看中的是如何降低成本,达到综合效益最大化,浪费最小化。
再者汽车物流是物流领域的重要组成部分,具有与其他物流种类所不同的特点,是一种复杂程度极高的物流活动。随着我国汽车工业的迅速发展,在成本控制越来越重要的今天,汽车物流的成本控制也日益成为人们关注的焦点。这里本文只是针对JIT对汽车物流中采购也就是原材料物流进行阐述分析。
论文通过分析日本丰田汽车制造有限公司在运用了准时制生产模式的实际情况,根据其物流运作模式的运用于操作的特点再结合重庆现代汽车制造业的实际情况,来印证JIT管理模式在中国的实施可行性。并结合重庆本土企业中被普遍存在的问题根据外国企业的操作语言运用提出自己的观点和处理的解决办法。最后根据重庆长安铃木汽车制造业采购上存在的问题进行了个人建议和处理措施。
