摘 要:随着我国经济的高速发展,物流业的规模和数量也不断壮大,发展的环境也得到很大程度的改善【1】。但是从总体上看,公司的规模和服务水平都远远不及发达国家。大多数公司普遍存在这样的情况:物流成本比较高,但是物流效益很差,达不到应有的效果。由于市场竞争的不断加强,公司为了达到快速响应市场需求,提高客户服务水平的要求,迫切希望能根据自身条件特点通过业务流程优化来解决目前所遭遇的问题【2】。
本文通过对J公司物流业务流程分析,从组织结构和业务流程等方面发现问题,依据公司业务流程优化的相关理论,提出J公司目前所处的市场环境和发展战略,找出针对当前主要问题的解决方案并对公司物流业务流程优化进行了初步的研究。

ABSTRACT:With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the scale of the logistics industry and the number is growing, the development of the environment has been greatly improved. But overall, business scale and service level are far less than developed countries. Most enterprise universal existence situation, logistics cost is higher, but the logistics efficiency is very poor, can not meet the due effect. Due to the strengthening of market competition, the enterprise to achieve rapid response to market demand, improve customer service level requirements, eager to conditions according to their own characteristics through business process optimization to solve the encountered problems.
This paper J company logistics business process analysis, from the perspectives of organizational structure and business process, found the problem, according to the company related to the theory of business process optimization, proposed J company at present market environment and development strategy, find out main problems for the current solution and the enterprise logistics business process optimization has carried on the preliminary study.
