摘要：物流作为我国新兴壮大的行业之一，国家和各行各业集中了很多目光在此，上海要建成国际金融航运贸易中心，物流亦随之持续走高。物流外包的战略管理将发挥极其重要的作用，为各大企业降低主营业务成本，增强核心竞争力，面对竞品挑战和经营困难。
因此，引用美足袜业公司，研究企业物流外包战略决策和关系管理。本文首先就近些年第三方物流行业进行评估，通过运输、仓储和配送等环节，对于不同规模的企业来说，应该选择将物流外包还是自建物流系统，以及战略规划物流运输的方式和决策。最后，针对管控第三方物流质量效率和企业发展的关系，发表一定的意见。

Abstract：Logistics industry as one of the emerging growth, our country and industries focus on this, Shanghai will be built as an international financial and trade center, so logistics has also come to continue rising. Strategic management of logistics outsourcing will play an extremely important role, reduce costs of the main business for companies and enhance core competitiveness, to face the challenges of competing products and operating difficulties.
Therefore, reference to the MeiZu Stocking companies is to research enterprise logistics outsourcing relationship management and strategic decision-making. Firstly, this article assessed the recent third-party logistics industry, through transport, warehousing and distribution and other sectors, for businesses of all sizes, whether it should choose to outsource or self-built logistics system of logistics, transport logistics and strategic planning methods and decision making. Then, the relationship between the quality control of third-party logistics efficiency and enterprise development should be managed and in control. Finaly, offering some opinions and suggestions.
