摘要:本研究以国美电器为例,分析发现了这家大型家电连锁企业在物流配送方面存在的五个问题,即:配送效率低下;与顾客的联系不够紧密,售后服务不够完善;信息技术资源浪费;物流管理专业人才和培养机制缺乏;与供应商的战略伙伴关系不稳定。本文针对上述问题,参考结合国内外物流配送的发展中的相关理论与研究成果,综合分析提出了五个有针对性的改进建议:第一,重视配送人员的管理;第二,建立一套完整的配送管理体系;第三,完善顾客信息反馈系统;第四,积极引进物流管理专业人才;第五稳定与建立供应商之间良好的同盟合作关系。这些措施能对作为国内连锁家电企业龙头的国美电器的物流配送效率的有效提高产生积极作用,也对我国连锁家电企业的物流发展与完善有一定的借鉴意义。
