摘要：08年爆发的次贷危机对世界各国产生了强烈的影响。各个国家政府紧急应对，采取了不同的措施来刺激经济的有序发展。在有效刺激政策下，世界经济缓慢复苏。然而全球经济复苏和回暖会是一个缓慢的过程，刺激政策所带来的长远影响将会慢慢显现出来。随着中国经济的发展，港口运输建设进程的推进。作为国内第一的上海港港口，其物流发展进入了快速有序的轨道。上海港口物流的发展，机遇与挑战并存。港口中的现代物流网络组成的重要部分是由货物转运中心和工业生产基地所构成的。本文将分析国际著名的港口物流的发展，运用SWOT分析方法，对上海口岸的优势和劣势进行了简要描述，以寻求合理的发展道路。同时学习借鉴香港、新加坡港口发展的特点和经验，结合上海港口物流的发展现状，对当前上海港口物流的发展现状和存在的问题，进行探讨，提出发展对策，为上海港口物流的今后发展提出一些规划和建议。

Abstract：2008 outbreak of the financial crisis on the world economy had a strong impact on the various national government emergency response , to take various measures to stimulate economic development. Under the stimulus , the slow recovery of the world economy . However, the global economic recovery and rebound will be a slow process , a long-term impact of the stimulus will be brought gradually revealed . With the rapid development of China 's economy, promote the process of building the port transportation , Shanghai as China 's largest port , and its port logistics development is entering the fast phase. In Shanghai port logistics development process, there are both opportunities and challenges exist . Is not just an important part of the cargo transhipment hub port and industrial production base , but also the network of modern logistics , its position in the modern integrated logistics is very important. This paper will analyze the development of international famous port logistics , SWOT analysis brief description of the advantages and disadvantages of Shanghai port , pointing out the opportunities and threats it faces , seeking its reasonable development path. Characteristics and experiences while learning from Hong Kong , Singapore, port development , combined with the development of Shanghai port logistics , On the Status and Problems of Shanghai port logistics development initiatives for the future development of the preliminary study , proposed the development of countermeasures for Shanghai port logistics to make some recommendations for future planning and development .
