F公司供应链流程及订单组合的优化研究.doc

摘要：供应链概念的普及与业务的增多带来的大量沉余订单是制造业企业在发展过程中必须要面对的问题，而规划、重组的数学方法可以有效的解决这类问题。本文以F公司的供应链订单流程为例，通过对问题源头的解析，寻找最高效率的订单组合方式来应对日益增多的随机订单。

Abstract: A great quantity of orders bringed by Dissemination of supply chain concept and increased business is the problem that manufacturing industry must face in the development process, and the mathematical method of planning, restructuring can effectively solve this kind of problem. In this paper, using the order process of F company as an example, through the analysis of the source of the problem, we will see a new  order combination of efficiency to cope with the increasing random orders.
