摘要：从狭义上来说是历史上一切具有艺术价值并传承人类对美的认知、理解、探求、创造的客观物质载体都可以称为艺术品。艺术品凝聚人类各种形式的艺术劳动成果，具有经济价值、文化价值、审美价值、科学价值。价值属性是艺术品不容忽视的重要属性。艺术品投资是通过艺术品的买卖来使得资本得到回报的一种行为方式，具有流动性差、相关性小、收益性高、专业性强的特征。艺术品投资是融合了经济与文化的投资行为。和大多数正常商品一样，艺术品投资量和价格与国民人均收入成正相关关系：人均收入越高，艺术品的价格也会随之上升；反之，人均收入水平下降，艺术品的价格也会随之下跌。尽管坊间对“写实”存在诸如保守和落后等的批评，强调艺术应当国际化，进而转向抽象、现代、另类的艺术，但是现实市场上却掀起了一股对写实油画投资的高潮，成为艺术品投资的一大热点。本文针对中国写实油画投资过程中存在的价格定位不合理、炒作现象严重，缺乏专业化人才，变现、保管难等突出问题进行了分析研究，结合国内外艺术品投资的成功经验和可行做法，提出了加快培育专业人才、准确把握市场机遇、合理确定市场价格、调整好投资心态等一些对策和建议，希望能够提升投资者的投资效率和效果，促进写实油画投资市场的持续、健康发展。

Abstract: From the narrow sense everything has artistic value and beauty of the heritage of human cognition , understanding, exploring , creating objective material carrier can be called art history. Artwork unite the human labor of various forms of art , has an economic value, cultural value , aesthetic value , scientific value. Value of property is an important attribute of art can not be ignored . Art investment is to make a return on capital of behavior, with poor mobility, associated small , highly profitable , highly specialized features through the sale of art . Art investment is the integration of the investment behavior of the economy and culture. And most normal commodities, art investment volume and price and per capita income is positively correlated : the higher the per capita income , art prices will rise ; On the contrary , the price decline in per capita income levels , also with art decreased . Although the printing of " realism" the existence of such a conservative and backward criticism , emphasizing the art should be international, and then turned to abstract , modern, alternative art, but the reality of the market has set off a wave of investment in the climax of realist painting , becoming art a hot investment. In this paper, Chinese realist painting exists in the investment process unreasonable price positioning , speculation is serious , the lack of specialized personnel , liquidity , custody difficult outstanding issues were analyzed , combined with successful experiences and promising practices in domestic and foreign art investment is proposed accelerate the development of professionals, accurately grasp market opportunities, reasonably determine market prices, adjusted investment mentality and some countermeasures and suggestions that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of investments of investors, promote investment market realist painting sustained and healthy development .
